What are your hours?
	Our hours are 9AM to 9PM PST (Monday-Friday)
What are extended hours?
	Extended hours are when e-mail response is available outside of normal operating hours. This includes most nights and weekends.
What are Best Buy Discounts?
	We can offer discounts on many items that can be shipped or picked up from Best Buy. Since in essence this is not a web based service, you will need to call with or e-mail your contact info.
What if I have I have a question on products?
	Our best customers take advantage of our manufacturer contacts. We can make a three way phone call or contact them directly with your questions. Knowledge is power. Ask before you buy to save time and money and expedite your project.
