This most recent experience comes from them not showing the product on the site but them still being able to beat their competitor's price and get it to me within 3 days. I have found nothing like this from another site. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal with absolutely amazing customer service (not support, but service). Follow-up emails to make sure everything arrived in one piece, automatic entry in their frequent drawings for prizes, and more great incentives for you to come back. It turned out that the minidisc recorder I got had a bad rechargeable battery. It's a special one Sony make just for the unit and I couldn't find a replacement at any stores in Chicago. Once Elvistech found out, they went out of their way with phone calls (and follow-up calls!)and emails until the problem was resolved. They provided the exact phone number I needed to contact the right department at Sony; I had previously contacted Sony and gotten nowhere. Here's what I wrote to the Elvistech rep, after Sony sent me the replacement battery: "Finding your email in my inbox was impressive but I never expected your phone call. Thanks again for all your help (and for putting up with my Sony rant); youâre certainly providing exceptional customer service. I've bookmarked your site and am going to tell my friends." After leaving a message on the company machine, I was happy to find a return message well after normal business hours on the same day! In fact, after no response from me, the associate left another message the next morning! When we finally connected, the rep went out of his way to help me by arranging a call with a Hosa Tech to answer my question. I ordered the part, and it was at my door the very next day.
